I think I heard this before but is it true that the B16 is the best flowing manifold- even better than the GSR manifold and that it will fit a D16 motor? If so, how much better than the stock D16 manifold is the B16? Would I see any difference?

 

What are you referring to.. Intake manifold, Exhaust manifold..

B and D series parts are not interchangeable.
