tranny and ecu problem

Default tranny and ecu problem

ok i have a 96 civic ex and i learned how to drive stick in it any ways so now 2 years later my 2end gear syncros seem to be going it grinds and 98% of the time doesnt want to even go in so heres the real question i just got a p28 ecu...i chipped it...and have it tuned with crome vtec is at 4500 rpm and redline is at 7500 but i shift at 7100ish and second gear all of a sudden works like its new so is my tranny still [freak]ed up or is it something elese my guess is still [freak]ed up but im confused

Typically low RPM shifts and high RPMs shifts act differently.
You may also be on the last legs of the clutch.

as far as the ECU changing how it works, not possible.

Did you change the trans fluid in between there?

no i havent actually done that in a while its one of those things were it just needs to last till june when im doing my swap it just threw me for a loop when the shifts were so smooth i hadent felt that in a long time lol
