has anyone tried putting a 04-'05 grill on a '01-'03 coupe? I know people have done the opposite and I believe there is a 1/4" gap or so. I've searched, but was unable to find an answer if it was possible or not.

 

They don't fit properly, and the same goes for the 01-03 grilles on 04-05 cars.

 

04-05 grill will not fit on a 01-03 civic it's goin' to overlap...... 01-03 grill on a 04-05 there's gonna be a big gap if you don't have a molding
