Default Transmission Fluid Question

I have a 2000 Honda Accord V6 vtech with 160,000 miles and running good. The problem is I checked my automatic transmission fluid and it is cloudy and muddy. I haven't had any problems with the transmission but don't need any either. This is the original transmission. So I took it to the Jiffy Lube and they said that they would not do a Tranny Flush on a car with over 90,000 miles. If they did it might start to slip. A local transmission shop said they could drain half of the fluid out and then refill it. I've also read that the best thing to do is nothing at all.

What should I do or not do?
