whats up i have a 96 civic with a b18b swap, its an obd1 motor. when im floored my car starts bog etween 3,000 rpm to about 4,500 rpm, and when is cold my car will idle at about 2,000 rpm and go down to about 750 rpm, and then back up to 2,000. when i got the motor the TPS was broken and i had to prplace it, i just wanted to know what are the volt specs on the tps when the tb is closed and when open, thanks for your help.

 

i have the same problem on d16z6 but i replace the tps i got from the junk yard!!!!!!!!!i still have that problem i pull code 5 and 7 ..could you plesed help thank you!!!!!!!!!

 

did you swich over the tps plug and the map sensor plug? its just a guess.

 

i found out, you have to ajust it to 0.5 volts

 

fixed i adjusted my tps as best as i can and then adjusted my fuel pressure regulator ( i have an adjustable fuel pressure regulator)
