Default quiet 3" muffler?

Im running a 3" kteller exhaust right now with a vibrant resonator and a apexi N1 which is super loud and I got a VI.
What is the most quiet 3" one you could get? i was thinking a twin loop but hytech doesnt make one. Only a 2.5"
anybody have any ideas?

Weld in another 3" resonator and see what that does for you...that seems like it would be the cheapest and easiest way to go. A twinloop would be very quiet though...

i use a magnaflow 3" but it's the oval design. It doesn't stand out as much and is pretty quit for a 3", also have one 14" resonator.

got a picture?
my car is pretty "riced" out so I don't really want a stock looking exhaust.

+1

If you want to keep the look and some of the sound of your N1, try inserting another resonator (which could simply be another muffler in-line, ie:

i had a magnaflow resonator before. Maybe ill go with it but i went with the vibrant because it was longer then the magnaflow. The shop told me the vibrant resonator was the biggest 3" they had.

Check out magnaflows website, they make awesome 3" in/out mufflers that are very nice sounding and fairly quiet.

i believe the apexi N1 is your major problem. a maganflow type muffler will be quieter than the N1. however, if you are dead against switching the muffler, than the resonator ideas are probably the best route.
