Default 02 problems

my cel keeps going on and off for the second o2 off more then on so if i dont have to dont wana replace it. is it worth trying to clean never had problems with it till i swapped a new motor in and im thinking it may of gotten clogged due to the new motor sat in a junkyard for a bit so wen i ran it it blew stuff out and clogged the o2, so ive thought about taking it out and trying to use a stuff bristle brush and clean it out and ive heard carb cleaner works to to clean it out. is it worth trying out just replace it?

I've heard people people use CRC electronics cleaner or burn off build up with a torch.

This page shows you have to test the o2: http://www.gnttype.org/techare....html

I usually just clean it off with a brush and then heat it up with a torch. I wouldn't go too hot but thats what i usually do... personally if it was me, i'd just get a new 02 sensor
