Default Misfire issues B20 VTEC Tuned 85mm RS machines pistons??

Setup was tuned yesterday and made decent power on 91 octane. There is a misfire/hesitation issue right around 5K under full throttle. Currently running a MSD 6AL and Blaster 2 coil. Tuner said it could possibly be the external coil (brand new) or plug wires. I tried a new set of spark plug wires and same issue; misfire. If you look closely right around 5k you'll see where it misfires. Any ideas? Thanks for the input.

Remove the msd bullshit and try a distributor assembly from a vehicle you know has no ignition issues etc.

MSD = Engine damage
blew up many distributor coils before using MSD set-ups.
Everything OEM is Best!!

Installed a brand new TD68U obd1 distributor and it's still misfiring under WOT at the same RPM. To better describe it, when I accelerate from a dead stop and gradually apply throttle (2,000-4,000rpms) then floor it, the motors feels as if it cuts out momentarily then comes back to life. Setup is tuned with Hondata s200 (o2 sensor disabled), 440cc RC injectors, 255lph HP walbro fuel pump, skunk 2 pro cam gears, adjustable fpr, and NO check engine light. I guess the MSD had nothing to do with this problem. Any other ideas?

What is your A/F right at that point? the dyno sheet doesnt show it. if its really rich at that rpm it would cut out then smooth out once the rpm gets into a good A/R ratio.

Try replacing the S200 with a S300. For what ever reason, the S200s have been buggy.
