1997 Prelude Seats

Ok so this guy has 1997 Honda Prelude seats for sale for $50. It includes the two front bucket seats and the back seat. i have a 1997 Honda Civic DX would these drop right in or do they need modifications, and if so what kind.

just swap the rails its very easy Ive put prelude seats in a EG and del sol seats in a prelude.
