17 inch or 18 inch hfp wheels? PIcs welcome!!
I have an 06 Honda Civic Lx with stock rims and tires, im looking to upgrade to the 7 spoke HFP rims but im not sure to go with 17 or 18 inch rims, im worried that if i go with 18's then the tire sidewall will be to small if anyone has any advice or pictures of this please let me know, also if i do go with 18's does anyone know what size tire to use without messing up the speedometer calibration?

Go with the 17's. They're still larger than stock, but will ride smoother and tires will be cheaper than the 18" counterpart. This is just my opinion though. I belive on 17's you can run the stock si tire size 215/45/17 and not screw up the speedo. I'm not 100% sure on that since I don't know the factory LX tire size to compare in the calculator, but you can do that.

your stocks are 16"s right? Stock Si rims are 17" which look quite nice in regards to tire wall height and such. No picture you can use tirerack.com to see how different sizes will look on your car.
I was debating same thing, for HFP wheels I posted for wtb the 18s. That's just my take.

ChargedSI: are those the silver or the bronze ones? the 18"s look nice. 17" in some other designs may look good, but I would choose the 18" for the HFP wheels since the spokes go all the way to the edge of the lip.
