Default to cut and weld, or not.. that is the question *RUST!*

So I picked up this CRX HF from my little sister since she has a kid now.. and I found tons of rust behind the driver door at the hinges.. the hinges themselves hold the door up fine, but look at these pics and tell me if it's worth the hassle to cut it out and weld up a piece from a junk yard car..

you can try to use "rust off" on some areas but that metal looks realy brittle and rotting away. In my opinion you try two to things. 1. sand blast 2. bro your gonna have to do some welding, cus that just gonna get worse and worse. check with your local welder and get his two cents and im sure he could fab up something for you enexpensive. good luck bro tell me how it go's

yeah i was thinking about selling it and finding one with no rust, but this is the color and model I want.. and I have a car to drive while I restore it so I guess I'll be cutting away that part of the car and welding up a new piece from a junk yard card..
