Default B16a Peakboost kit

Posted this in tech forum, decided its better off here.

Planning to boost my car soon... it will still be a DD. Id like to DD it on around 275 whp to be safe, its completely stock.

Anyway. my question being, is it worth it or should i piece together a kit? i know that eventually i want to build the car a bit, lower the CR, new rods, wrist pins, ITR cams, new valve springs. Nothing major, not going for a 400 whp car, just maybe around 360 on high boost and 300 when im just cruising on the weekends.

Im also having trouble deciding what to use for fuel management, or where to get my car tuned. Im located near Spokane Washington.

So considering my only goal right now is to be boosted at around 280whp DD, should i invest in a 3300 kit, that doesnt include the cost of gauges, injectors, fuel pump, or tune.

Or would it be much smarter to piece together a decent kit that would take me just as far? Help please.
