Like the title says, I'm looking for a Type R. Must have a clean title, would prefer somewhat low mileage. I would like for it to be close to stock or for the seller to at least have the stock parts. Would also prefer it to be as close to me as possible but I am willing to travel within reason. I am located in the Vancouver, WA/Portland, OR area.

If you limit yourself to just your area, you're gonna miss out on a lot of good cars.

Yeah I made a thread a long time ago before I bought my black '00 ITR...but I was willing to fly out anywhere in the country to find exactly what I wanted. Lucky enough, I was able to find one through a friend of a friend that lived only a town away.

I said in my original post that i am willing to travel. In my general area would be favorable but not a must. I would probably not be going to the east coast for one but I will go a reasonable distance.

Right now there is a black '00 in my area for sale but it has 95k and is $15,000 and is not stock. Seems a bit high to me from what I've seen.

 

my 01 PY ITR just needs a little more loving but this will be a maintence free itr

I've seen yours and it's basically exactly what I'm looking for. It's the distance between us, what state are you in?

 

Northern Delaware. The local airport would be Phila, PA - about 40 miles away.

 

Damn that would be a long drive back. I wish we could work something out....
