Default Koyo radiators

hi i bought a full aluminium radiator (which has a leak), and the place i purchased it from referred me to koyo-radiator.com however this site has no contact details or email adresses.

Anyone got any ideas as the place i bought it from is giving me the run around.

Tell us where you bought the radiator from, so we can make a point NEVER to buy a product from them.

Retailers should make good on product they sell, even if it's a manufacturer warranty.

Yeah I would take it to someone that welds aluminum and have them fix it,I know it sucks paying money for something that should be new,but if they are giving u the run around, then screw it.It shouldnt cost more than 20$,if that.

Where did u buy it from? So we dont make the same mistake.

ok, understandable. but the question they (we) all want to have the answer to is "where did you buy the radiator from originally?"

tunerzimage is the place on ebay, not sure if it is a web outlet for http://www.tunerzimage.com or not.... but we shall see, they are supposedly chasing koyo for me at the moment (last week)

from what i can gather it was one of the last ones, and they are not sold on ebay or via the web url above either.. so it kinda matches up.

Koyo's website is http://www.koyorad.com. Sounds like the place you bought it from was too stupid to know their real website address. Koyo will most likely make you pursue warranty through the authorized dealer it was purchased from.
