Mounting slicks in WA???

Got some 23" M+H slicks i need mounted on some 13" wheels. Does anyone know of any shops that will mount slicks? Or if anyone knows if places like les schwab does this at all?

edit- go to NW Honda and talk to Merrick...he can do it

Alright thanks, i would just do it myself but we dont have a tire machine. We sublet
