anyways i recently bought a 95 accord lx and been having some issues with brakes, the brakes are pretty soft and i can push them all the way to the floor, the previous owner said that he had the master cylinder replaced twice at althons and it still didnt fix the problem and the techincian said it might have something to do with abs, anyways when i got the car the abs fuses were taken out , soo i put them back in and when i started the car i heard like buzzing noise for like first 5 seconds and then it would do it like once every 1 minute for like 5 minutes total after that it quets down to normal. also it does it sometimes before during and after i brake , ever since i put the fuses back in the brake pedal stiffened up but i can still push it all the way down to the floor, b4 it would easily sink to the floor, now takes a little effort.. i meant it stopped the car just not as fast as regular brakes,
anyways i ordered oem master cylinder for my accord it still hasnt arrived (it was b4 i put the fuses back in for abs)

also i havent seen any kind of abs light light up, even when it starts cant even find a light on my panel for abs, but i am pretty sure my car got abs because under hood i can see the abs modulator on left side near front left light and abviously a fuse box for abs, and the buzzing noise ,

soo i was wondering if the soft pedal is abs related i read some topics on ht about abs and master cylinder replacement , but mine seems a little bit different from them, i also checked the abs modulator doesnt seem like it leaking checked the lines under the car they all looked dry, abs fluid looks full and clean,
i just want some input , solutions any simple fixes tips etc.. all help is greaty appreciated

sounds like you need a modulator/accumulator.. oh, and the previous owner probably pulled the ABS bulb, like a scumbag.
