buddys got a built single stick put a t3/to4e on it and just got it back together. today after putting all the little things back on the car wont start. the starter will click a single time, we charged the battery and tried another battery, after trying to turn over and the starter clicks the fuel pump will prime again? could it be a short out? or what,, about 5 people looked at it and were confused, thank you
