Default headlight help please!

water is getting into my passeneger side headlight im guessing because the rubber protector between the light and the wheel broke and came off... how can i stop water going into my headlight and if i need to buy a new "piece that broke off" where can i get it and what is its name? thanks. also i want to put H.I.D's in my 01 civic lx is there a specific brand or bulb that anyone would recomend?

you gotta get a SILICONE its called RTV get the clear one's and just put it around the lights

as for hid's...i got ones off of xenonlink.com and they were a decent price and they are really good

Any autoparts store should have RTV stuff.
