spark and fuel but not running
You need help allright.
But first help us and give us more info.
Help us help you!
How you know it has spark and how you know it has fuel? (how did you check)
Does it crank, or will it just not turn over?
Whats it service history? What has been done or for that matter, not done to your h22a?

alright i took out out all for spark plugs and they had fuel on them. it turns over and wants to crank but woon't. Turned over without spark plugs in and all four sparked.
i just swapped this into my 93 accord. i wasn't getting any fuel then i realized i was empty mid way thru checking fuel pump. put gas in and then it cranked ran well very well . so i turned it off lowered it off the jackstands then it would crank yet again. so i bought new sparkplugs cause the old ones looked fouled.

Tell me if this is right...
You swapped the engine in, it wouldn't turn over & then you realized there was no gas; so you put gas in and it started but then you lowered it off the jacks and now it won't turn over again (same symptoms as before adding gas).
If this is true, it sounds to me like a fuel problem then.

Hey bud, GO through your whole setup with us. You put an h22 in an accord. I'm not familiar with stock accords but what motor was originally in it?
Also, please try to be more specific. You've had to type the same thing over and over because people aren't understanding what your saying due to the fact your not being specific enough.
The car cranking is when you turn your key and the starter is engaging trying to turn over your motor.
After it fires up or TURNS OVER, its considered to be running.
I think its your cam timing or possibly ignition timing as well. I'm leaning towards cam timing.
You should pull your valve cover and check your timing. Make sure its all lined up properly.
I just read though that you said you got your car to START up (turn over) but when you put it back down off the jacks it wouldn't Start up? How did it run while it was running? Any symptoms?
Please read through your posts and see if they make sense to you before posting.
I feel we are only having issues because we can't truly understand your situation for 100% certainty

ok, 93 accord with an 94 h22a redtop. the accord had a f22a6 in it. put the engine in and it wouldn't start. had no fuel. thought that the fuel pump or relay was bad. they we not bad.
then put gas in the car. started right up. ran all but perfect. had a little slow response to the gas pedal. put the car back on the ground and it wouldn't start.
it has new plugs, wires disributor. the car IS in time. and i have plenty of spark.
last night i found out that num 1 cyl had to much gas and num 4 not enough fuel. it started but ran on num 3 and 4 cyls. is it the injectors????
