Tuning the Vafc
Not to be a dick, but do a search and you will find tons of posts like this. The answer is always, always, always...Tune it on a dyno. Even if someone has the same car as you, don't use other peoples settings. You need dyno time!!!!
I was doing a search concurrently to writing this post. I found some info but my problem is this, my cousins car, that was set up on the dyno, is now running poorly sub 2000 rpms. I think that her Boyfriend who thinks he knows something about hondas has somethng to do with this but wont admit to it. I am just trying to figure out what is wrong with the car. The car is idling high and will not make power, almost bogging until 2k, so I think that he touched something that threw a whole bunch of fuel at the car at the specified RPM range. I want to look at some samples so I know if it was touched or if the car has a mechanical problem. I also know the importance of dyno time to tune one as well...he doesnt. He is just learning about cars and thinks he knows a thing or two...
One thing you can try is to Initialize the V-AFC, this will reset everything back to zero, which in turn should set all fuel settings back to stock. You'll have to reprogram throttle settings, cyl. type, and so forth. But that is all easy info to get. I can help you with that if you need it, but as far as setting fuel map settings, you'll need a dyno with a/f meter. Good luck. If you say it's always idling high check the throttle cable just for the hell of it. This may be causing some problems. IM me if you want some more info.
