Ok so I am not sure if it is realted, but I just replaced the head gasket and now the AC does not work. It was working before all the gasket went south. My question is there something simple that could have been unpluged during head replacement and or could this be a vaccum leak?

After looking over everything it looks like I am hooked up correctly.

 

Run a leak test. Most likely when you unplugged it...it got air in the system and leaked all the coolant. DONT FILL IT with more coolant until you know its empty and vacuumed.

 

Does not even feel like the compressor is kicking in. I am wonderin if the unit is vaccum controlled

 

something electrical is unplugged or the pressure is too low from a leak...did you check your fuses?

 

If the radiator was removed check to see if the red wire coming off of the compressor is connected to the harness that runs over the condenser fan
