Default Do the Japanese do USDM swaps?

Of course not motors.... cosmetics though? I was pondering how hard it would be to swap front/rears with someone in japan if I got a Si sedan. Or a CSX or a euro honda civic (euros that arent the UK model)

There is a market yes, but the shipping would probably kill it.

Im sure it would end up costing about the same as it does for people state side to do a JDM conversion. Also there are a bunch of 2dr Si's floating around Japan.

Yeah I have a feeling that's a stretch.

But if you look in A/C there's a few threads from members who are in Japan where they have basically a "USDM Meet"

USJDM is their take on our "JDM" scene. There are a few DSM's, Tc's in there too.

edit: Looks like Feel's makes parts for the FG2, and imports them.

What sucks is they can import our stuff there and drive it without too much hassle right? because our emissions and safety standards are already better? I may be wrong on that, but it sucks because we can't do the same, emissions that drain power, saftey standards that require smashing dozens of the car you want.... bah....

http://www.usdmjam.com/ Look through the gallery's there is no way that is Cali. Like I said USJDM is a copy of our JDM scene, much like how there "Spocom" scene was like being at HIN in the late 90's early 00's.
