The EF fork will fit on the EG lower control arm, but the shock mount is a smaller diameter on the EF fork. You'd need EF shocks for it to work (or coilovers with EF lower mounts).
usually, its the EF guys that use EG/DC forks on their car, so they can run EG/DC shocks/coilovers.
