Default Unhooked Connectors...

b4 i knew about HT, i took my 93 prelude wit a jdm H22 to a mechanic that told me my car wasnt running right cuz of a faulty wire harness. so i took his word and let him replace the motor harness, which had no connectors unhooked. this new harness looks like its been spliced together from scratch and it has 3 connectors, 2 grey 1 green, under the distributor thats connected to nothing.

Will this prevent my motor from running the right way????

It could...who knows what it will do. There's so many possibilities with a big wire harness like that. If it's hacked up I would source an OEM harness and put that in.

my CEL seldomly comes on. i hav to drive it for like 45 mins to an hour driving hard for it to come on.. when i checked the code, its reading 10 and 12. IAT and EGR. after i got it to stop overheating, i never really seen the CEL come on again. maybe i didnt leave it running long enuff.

That's weird...looks like you have a 5-speed, maybe he used an automatic harness and those are extras?

It should be fine, you just have extra stuff on the auto harness for the tranny electronics.

Yeah, it looks like it's an automatic wire harness.
