i'm sure you all know when you use the JDM (i have the SIRII) clusters the brightness is at the lowest and can not be adjusted. Is there anyone who know how to make them brightest, or make it so that the brightness scroll would work on the cluster as well?

I tried replacing them LED and they're still weak. I guess it's the power outage that is affecting brightness.

 

they are the same my CTR cluster is bright as can be and adjusts perfect.

 

so i'm guessing it's only the 92-95 SiR clusters. My friend has the same cluster and it does the same thing
