ok so im not sure why but i just swapped a jdm h22 to my 92lude and im not sure why it wont turn on the temprature guage is all full and right when i try to start it up the fans turn on right away is the ecu telling the injectors not to open because its reading overheated?
i had a similar issue where the temp gauge shows hot all the time. check you grounds, specifically the one on the drivers side near the mount to the valve cover and the thermostat housing ground.
Mine still started though but maybe your ground is worse so it won't even start.

well check all the grounds there pretty much all connected triple checked already
and the thing is about the temp guage that it wasnt like that on the original car i got it off of ..maybe its somthing to do with the wire harness but the thing is i recently got one made for my swap and i connected the up so i would think it would be right but its proving other wise
