Default dohc zc pistons

Can you swap any other stock pistons into a DOHC ZC? Or should I go after market to bump it up? If so can anyone throw me some ideas? Looking to go the all motor route and bump up compression. The motor is already out. Thanks for the help.

Due to the volume of the combustion chambers, I don't think it is possible to raise the compression any higher on the DOHC ZC using OEM spec' pistons.

you could get the civic gx pistons, but i don't know what the specs are on those.

i do know that they have a higher dome than the zc pistons though.

GX huh? do you know what you are talking about?
If you want high compression, get an A6 and throw the PM7 pistons in it.

Otherwise, unless you get custom pistons built, I think you are SOL.....
But check on http://thezcr.com

yes, the civic gx. it was sold only in a few states and ran on natural gas, which requires higher compression. google it.
