code 14 wont go away :(
its a 89 civic dx , i converted it from dpfi to obd1 for a b16 a year ago and im going to get my car bar'd so i bought this p30 intake manifold and now im getting code 14 , i cleaned it and i replaced it with another one and no luck 
anybody have any tips for me. any input is appriciated

I did rest it & still no luck.. I even tried another ECU that i had. No luck either
