Will a rmf header fit a prelude coming from a civic? It is an h22 header so wouldn't it fit the same or is the length of the runners different for the exhaust? If that is the only difference it is not a big deal to me because i am having a custom made exhaust fabbed up.
the engine sits at a different angle in a civic than it does in a prelude. It will not be a direct bolt up and would take modification to make it work.
I had a H22 header made for a civic and I wasn't able to get it to work with the front crossmember without alot of modification.. I decided it wasn't worth it and gave up lol

i would be getting a traction bar so that would make modifications to the crossmember over and done with. Blake, when you say different angle how big of an angle do you mean? would i be able to have a exhaust shop chop the collector off of it and install a flex pipe at the same time correcting the angle problem?
the reason i am asking is because for $800 i can pick one up and even if i were to buy one for a prelude i would be chopping the collector and getting a flex pipe welded in.

if i recall, the engien in the civic sits more straight up, vs the lude, whree its tilted back. soemthign along the lines of that, or vice versa.
so waht you really need to do is fix the angle of that first bend on the downpipe.
