Default Fitting B16A into Ford Fiesta ECU Problems

Hello,

Im fitting a JDM B16A into a mk1 Ford Fiesta tarmac rally car.

My engine came out of a 1993 Civic SiR that had been a total loss due to fire.

My problem is the ECU was fried along with the part of the loom inside the car and finding a P30 ECU is being a problem as im in the UK and they are a bit rare.

My question is can i use another ECU from an OBD-0 car?

Many thanks
