Repair Manual
Does anyone know where I can get a repair manual and which one is best? I would like to change some things to aftermarket like lights, stereo etc., and I would like to see how it is put together so I can pull it apart properly. Also...
I have 50,000 miles on my car and need new brake pads. I was considering changing the rotors also. The car has started to shake when I brake at high speeds. It have changed the tires and gotten an alignment so I think the rotors need to be turned or replaced. Is this fairly straight forward? Does anyone know where I could get a hold of written instructions?

Helm's manual is the best. Unfortunately, I think they sell one for mechanical stuff, and one that concentrates soley on the electrical system. Don't know if the mechanical version would have enough information for your aftermarket changes.
Rotors can be resurfaced, but you loose mass. If it's the first time, I'd try it. BTW, whenever remounting wheels, use a torque wrench and tighten the lug nuts in a star pattern to 80 lb/ft. This may help to minimize the shake and break situation. Do a search. I'm sure there are a few how-to's on the subject of replacing brakes/rotors.
