insted of it going around the control arm does anyone have it going under the gas tank and angled from the tank to the passanger side of the car? just want to see the clearance from the ground

we do it like that in 4 inch all the time on track only cars.

i wouldnt do it....not even in 3 inch....on a car you plan on driving on the street and what not

You could do 3" oval tubing that way...it still has teh cross section of 3" round but it is only like 2.25 tall, that might work. BURNSSTAINLESS.COM sells it, it ain't cheap though.

 

why not do over the rear controll arm just like factory?

Im running 4" over the rear controll arm.

Ive got a under lca 3" exhaust and it scrapes everywhere, i really dont recomend it.
Mine will be going the summer
