weird transmission noise??

weird transmission noise??
ok I have a 93 si,4ws,Auto, prelude with a h23a1 and lateley I've been hearing a buzzing sound when it shifts then when i am in high rpms it does it again but only when i give it gas. any idea what this could be?? Any help would be nice..Also I have some boss speakers that came with the car and one of them dosent give bass only highs I checked all the wires and there fine.. any help would be appreciated..
