a friend of mine was driving his 96 civic dx and the right rear wheel seized for a a day. We recently had somereally cold weather so my question is could cold weather cause the wheel bearing the temporarly seize? or would this be a break problem. the car isn't having any issues for the time being or and break squeel or and odd noise or rotaional problems at all. any suggestions would be greatly appriciated
