no. you would have to get the tanabe sustec brace for the crx or any others for the 88-91 civic/crx. they are different than the eg's and dc's. personally i am thinking about getting the cusco bar to match my cusco strut bar.
If I were needing a lower or any strut bar, I'd check these guys out:

WRONG! weather or not that bar actually fits your rex I can't 100% answer but I will say for sure that the dimensions are the same from 88-95 civics, I myself used my Neuspeed rear lower tie bar from my '88 CRX Si and installed it on my '95 Civic EX w/ no probs at all. Neuspeed even list them as the same part number so YES they are the same.
It'd say it's probably 99% likely that bar WILL fit your rex. It sucks how may people online post opinions of what they THINK they know when they actually don't know ****.
WOO HOO can't beat the internet's accuracy for correct answers

According to the carbing website, they do not mention the part fitting the EF/ED chassis. If you want to know wether or not it actually fits your car, Why don't you call them/email them?

VtecSyndrome: I think that the neuspeed part shown on the website appears to have some adjustability where the carbing, cusco, tanabe, explicitspeed do not appear to have the same adjustability. Perhaps the pic on their website is incorrect, what do I know.

yeah for some reason this is pretty common among manufacturers, it really helps looking at other sites and seeing what is compatible between years and models.
