Default question regarding walbro 255lph fuel pump for integra

i just recently bought a walbro fuel pump for my integ and noticed that the kit came with a little rubber tube. i was wondering if the tube should be upgraded? or am i wasting my time? thanks all!

why not replace it, your old one may dry rot and you'll wish you did.
