Default how to tell when the exhaust cam is at t.d.c. cylinder #1

im having trouble finding t.d.c for the exhaust cam because i left the tensioner loose and it must have skiped a tooth because i got the crankshaft at t.d.c and the intake camshaft at t.d.c. but, i dont know how to tell when the exhaust is at t.d.c. because i dont have stock sprockets

the key-way slot will be perpendicular to the head, pointing straight up
