is there a difference between the 88-89 and 90-91 tail light center garnishes?

fitment wise there is no difference. the only difference is the looks. 90-91 has the black or dark red outline as opposed to the 88-89 that do not have that outline.

i forgot to mention is this for a crx, hatch, or sedan. the info i gave is for a crx.
