Do CBR-1000 cycle carbs line up with b16 ports? If not, which ones do?

Please read. LOL
First off, I have been wanting to go the carburetor route for quite some time now. I have reviewed many options, and I am still in somewhat of a research phase with my decision making, and I am still trying to determine how I really want to go about the carburetor setup.
There is a guy at a local dragstrip who runs his crx there very often and he uses these carbs. However, he has this done with a zc motor. He claims that the cbr carbs are the best ones to use. I was thinking about doing it with my b16 motor, and the intake ports more than likely won't line up the same as the zc ports. The reason I am considering this route is because motorcycle carbs cost alot less than webers or dellorto's.
If there are a better set of motorcycle carbs for ease of installation, then let me know.
P.S.- At least I am considering sidedraft. LOL
Thanks in advance.
