6 months and STILL trying to figure out what crx I want, opinions please....
6months and I am still trying to figure what crx model/year I want.....
I have been saving up money while reading about everything I can about crx's....
1. I read that hf's have no adjustable steering colum, is this true? Because I am a little tall 6' 1" and I really want to have an adjustable steering colum in order to fit comfortably in a crx.
2. I will purchase all the suspension parts and I want to know more about 88c vs 89-91 rear lca's, and driving impressions. And rear sway bars in hf's and dx's.
I know that-
si is little heavy, sunroof/motor, rear wiper, etc...
dx no mpfi, so swap a little more difficult because of wiring
hf no adjustable steering colum, no clock, smaller front brakes
88 itr lca's
90-91 side impact beams
Can adjustable steering colum, clock, etc be swapped into a hf?
And how much more difficult is dx wiring in a swap?
Thanks alot!

go with the Si. I have a civic si and i couldnt be more happier. unless of course u plan on swapping engine...then the HF is the lightest giving it the advantage. Si
If kind of depends on what your going for. If you want all out speed then, I'd go with a 88 HF just because it's the lightest of all the 2nd Gen CRX's. But if you want comfort and all the options, then I'd go with a 90-91 Si. They have 4 disk brakes and all the options like clock and adjustable steering column. I know you can swap out the clock and brakes, but I'm not too sure about the column. I would think you can, but i'm not 100% sure.
