i have been doing some search and still cannot make up my mind on an intake
injen cold air intake or fujita sri. i heard that the intakes are
"The list go's like this: Injen, AEM, Fujita, K&N and Weapon R. It seems like the Injen CAI is the most popular with the Fujita short ram bringing up second."
im a little worried about the cai water loged but not that much.that swhy i was looking at the fujita. another thing is cleaning the intake filter i know the cai is down in the car and a little hard to get to.
-so my question really is which would be the best sound but mostly performance its probably the cai(its better cold air) but i have been hearing good things about the fujita.
i was thinking about this with my future setup skunk2 70mm ehaust(thoughts on this exhaust) dc sports header and one day hopfully a comptech supercharger or some type of turbo if we get a good tuning ecu or tuning solution.

Hey, I recently installed my injen CAI with a skunk2 60mm and its great. I love the sound and combine with the exhaust its awesome. To clean the filter its really not that hard. Taking off the bumper is easy. Heres a D.I.Y for taking off the front bumper.

As for the water problem, if you live in an area that your constantly running through puddles, then it MIGHT be a problem. But if its not very casual then you should be good. I bought the hydroshield to protect it.just incase. Also, the CAI is not an easy process to put in compared to a short ram. The cold air is alot of force and it can be loud sometimes
or maybe i just did it wrong. And also, some people say you need to cut the inner fender about 5 inches so it doesnt rub. I decided not to cut mine and just let it rest and so far my si is running great. Its all about preferance.
There are tons of threads on this topic if you look around. Alot of people have their own opinions and your going to get alot of differnt responces. Im just giving you my view of the situation. Once again, injen cai with 60mm skunk2 and it runs great, sounds great, and im very happy with my car.

I have the AEM CAI and love it. Living in CA, I don't need to worry about a water lock unless I am being stupid.
To get the filter, I only need to remove the plastic splash shield under the bumper. With that off and can get the filter and fog light bulbs easy. Never had to remove the bumper.
