what motor do you have? my friend has a similar set up with a b18c-r he had the flange cut off the exhaust and had it rotated nd re-welded at a local muffler shop. worked like a charm

^^ i have a b16, if i just get a new header would it work?? i'm not sure i have a b16a, with dc headers running on straight, and if i get a new header with the o2 sensor going into my headers instead of a pipe, would it matter at all???? just wondering?

ditch that straight pipe and get a high flow cat that fits properly with proper flanges and it should just bolt up.

the thing is, is that with my dc headers it don't have a spot for the o2s sensors and the previous owner ran straight pipe and has the o2 sensor going to the pipe after the header! and if the new high flow cat does have a spot for the o2 sensor i might just have to end up buying a cat the right size hopefully!

is your car an ek? if so it should have one put in the end of your header and one in high cat. if you buy one for a 99-2000 si (sir) thats a direct replacement it should have the bung for your o2 sensor if you still have the wires there for your primary o2 you should buy an o2 sensor re route the wires to the end of the header and get a muffler shop to weld one in, on the other hand if your running an obd1 motor you only need one sensor

thanks i believe it's a obd1 i looked on the top of my headers and can't find a 02 sensor there but only one on the straight pipe. what do you think? if i get a converter and attach that one on to my headers would my WSP fit the car? it's a EK HATCH and its the right one just need a cat or something!
