Any one used this rebuild kit?

Has anyone used this rebuild kit before. Are they good or not? The stock compression is 10.2:1 on a b16a2 this kit will give me a 10.20:1. Do i have to worry about buyin aftermarket rods or anything. Any info would be great thanks
