Default swap wiring screwed up

I am trying to fix the wiring nightmare the previous owner left me. He left wires cut and hanging and I need to figure out what needs to be done.

ok so after some investigating of what wires are cut, I have what I think to be what is cut. Before I started doing all of this, I was throwing a code 1(o2 sensor), code 13(atmospheric pressure sensor), and code 20(Electrical load detector).

I believe that 2 of those, the 13 and 20 have to do with wires not being hooked up. These are the color codes that I have disconnected, and what I think they are.

Ylw/Grn - Rad. Fan Relay - Pin B4

Grn/Red - Electrical Load Detector - Pin B19

Grn - Purge cutoff solenoid cutoff valve - Pin A6

Grn/Blk - Main relay 1 OR 2? - Pin A12 OR A14

Wht/Ylw - Alternator - Pin B5

Grn/Wht - Map or other sensor - Pin C12 or C14

What kinds of problems would I have encountered for these not being hooked up? Trying to figure this out so that I can get the car back up and running.

The guys that had the car before me swapped in a b18a1 from dpfi in an 89 LX.

Thanks!
