Default Tokico Illumina Kit

I just bought a Tokico Illumina lowering kit for my 95 Civic hatch off eBay. This includes illumina shocks and tokico red springs. I'm extremely disappointed with the drop it gave me, the rear is not only lower than the front, but the front sits just as high as it did stock. Has anyone else had this problem with this kit? Could my mechanic have done something wrong?

Yeah that 1.5" drop is weak. You should also wait for the springs to settle.

How long does it usually take for the springs to settle fully? Cause they still have a long way to go for me to be happy.

its not got get any lower. id suggest you get the ground control coilovers that work with the tokico illumina shocks. ditch the tokico red springs in the FS section.

vtecvoodoo, h-t member, has the best deal ive seen on GC and you can customize your spring rates too.

I feel your pain bro. I got the same kit two years ago. I have one side higher then the other and the back if lower then the front. I'm saving up for koni's and gc or some coilovers. Should have done it right the first time.
