hondata s300 with all motor gsr
i have been doing some research on spark plugs. its an all motor gsr build with 12.5-1 comp. i plan on tuning it with hondata s300. i was looking on evans-tuning.com and this is what i read: **Please note that anyone running a Hondata s300 or Kpro must use a resistor style spark plug. If you do not do this, you will have performance and datalogging issues.** i aslo checked his all motor forum i read that misfire is also a possible problem but not in all cases.
after doing some researching i found 1 plug number that might be correct i believe its an NGK BKR9EIX-11. can anyone confirm this or give plug suggestions from experience. thanks h-t

im not running k pro im running s300. it says that if u run either the k pro OR s300 u must use a resistor style spark plug. i just want to know what spark plugs people are using from experience with the s300

I have used BKR7E-N-11 [NGK-1283] plugs with k & s series products without issues on simular setups

i'd use the plugs mentioned above....those seem to be great for most set ups and are the coldest resistor plug you can get from NGK, thats not iridium.
the BKR9EIX-11 is a resistor plug, but its iridium and expensive. why were you looking to run such a cold plug?

Yea, that plug is a tad on the cold side for almost all setups.

put it on the dyno. with an m&w igntion box with s300 i could use a r567a-10 (yes its a non-resistor plug) at 40psi of boost, 800+ horsepower with out having to even touch the plug gap.
