put in a new rear motor mount
well last week at the track, i found out the hard way that my rear motor mount was teh weaksauce. when i launched, my whole motor and tranny slammed into the firewall, smashing my throttle cable and cracking my tranny case.
anyways, i put a new one in today. took me all day pretty much. very tight squeeze, had to undo the rear bracket and push/twist it to the side until i go the perfect angle to pull the old mount in and put a new solid mount in. didnt help that it was raining/hailing, and the pavement was soaking wet.
anyone car to share there stories feel free

I had my tranny out when I did mine. Much easier.
How did you like the little vacuum design?
I love how it doesn't disconnect.
I dangled the mount on the vacuum lines(accident), and it was still connected, it's amazing.

I find that with a jack under the motor unbolting the driver side mount and the rear mount from the bracket. Then lifting the motor slightly enough to where the rear mount can slip out. I used a loooong extension and unbolted the rear mount from behind the intake Mani
