what size heim joints do i need (traction bar)

sup,

which size of heim joints/rod ends do you guys used on your traction bars?

i used 20mm ones for the first couple i did for myself, but found they were a bit overkill. 1/2" should be fine. that is what my traction bar kits are designed for, but you could use just about anything.

1/4 would most likely be strong enough to take all the forces, but it would look wimpy

1/4" is too small imo. especially on a model that already has tie rods coming off the stock front cross member like 88-91 civic/crx/integras.
