no, the bolt location of the gsr manifold and the ls head is different so it would not bolt on. The port shapes are also different so even if it would bolt up the flow would be off.

short story, leave the car stock with a good air filter
if you come up with a good deal of cash and like the car enough to do a build that's another story but a $3500 ITR swap is a hard deal to beat in power/mpg/reliability/resale
save your money, you won't make any meaningful power on a b18a without really going to town
