Error codes p0401, p1491 and p1676

Error codes p0401, p1491 and p1676
I have had this Honda for about a year with no problems. It's an 01 Accord V6, auto. I just changed out the spark plugs and air filter yesterday, and now I have these three error codes. I believe 2 have to do with the EGR and the other is TCS. Any suggestions?
By the way, I checked under the hood, and couldn't find any loose cables. Also, I drove maybe 40 miles before the SES light came on. Maybe the new plugs blew something loose? The car seems to run better than before the plugs and air filter, and the old plugs looked NASTY. The car has 102,000 miles.
